Rules That Govern WinSpirit Account Use in Australia

Agreement to Use WinSpirit
By accessing, registering with or using WinSpirit, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and any other rules, notices or policies that apply to the services you use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account, access restricted areas or continue using the website.
These Terms apply to users in Australia, subject to applicable law, account availability and any location-based restrictions that may affect access to specific services. Certain products, promotions or account functions may also carry additional conditions.
Where additional rules apply to a game, promotion, payment method or account feature, those rules form part of the agreement between you and WinSpirit. If there is a conflict, the more specific rule may apply to the relevant activity.
Who May Register and Use the Service
You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use WinSpirit in the location from which you access the service. We may refuse registration, restrict access or close an account where age, identity, location or eligibility requirements are not met.
You are responsible for ensuring that use of WinSpirit is lawful for you. Access may be limited where required by applicable law, internal risk controls, regulatory requirements or operational restrictions.
WinSpirit is intended for individual account use only. Accounts must not be created or used on behalf of another person unless expressly permitted.
Account Details, Ownership and Security
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You must keep your account details up to date and notify us if any information changes in a way that may affect verification, payments, account access or compliance checks.
Each account is personal to the registered user. You must not sell, transfer, share or allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details and for activity carried out through your account, unless unauthorised access occurred through no fault of your own.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact WinSpirit through the available support routes as soon as possible. We may restrict account access while the issue is reviewed.
Verification and Checks Required by WinSpirit
WinSpirit may request information or documents to confirm identity, age, address, payment ownership, source of funds or other details relevant to account activity. These checks may be required before certain services are available, before withdrawals are processed or after activity that requires additional review.
You must provide truthful and valid information when requested. If verification is incomplete, delayed or unsuccessful, we may suspend payments, limit account functions, restrict access or close the account where appropriate.
Checks may be repeated or updated during the life of the account. This may happen where account activity changes, information expires, a payment method requires review, or legal, regulatory, security or responsible gambling considerations apply.
Payments, Balances and Withdrawal Handling
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods accepted by WinSpirit and, where required, registered in the account holder’s name. Available methods, limits, processing requirements and fees may vary depending on location, account status and the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification, account review, payment method checks and any applicable restrictions. Processing times may depend on the method used, the completeness of account information, provider delays and compliance requirements.
WinSpirit may withhold, delay, reverse or refuse a transaction where we reasonably believe that payment rules, account terms, verification requirements, anti-fraud controls or applicable law have not been satisfied. Incorrect payment details, chargebacks, misuse of payment methods or suspicious activity may lead to account restrictions.
Wagering Activity and Service Records
All wagers, game activity and related transactions are subject to the rules of the relevant product, game or service. You must review applicable rules before participating, including any conditions linked to bet placement, settlement, cancellations, interruptions or voided activity.
If there is a discrepancy between information shown on a user device and records held by WinSpirit or its relevant service systems, the official system records may be used to determine the outcome, subject to applicable law and review procedures.
Technical malfunctions, connection errors, display issues, software faults or interrupted sessions may affect service access. Where a malfunction occurs, WinSpirit may void affected activity, correct account records or take other reasonable steps to restore accurate account status.
Promotions, Rewards and Conditional Offers
Promotions, rewards, bonuses or similar offers may be subject to separate terms. These may include eligibility requirements, time limits, wagering conditions, withdrawal restrictions, contribution rules, maximum values or other conditions specific to the offer.
Participation in any promotion is voluntary. You must read the relevant conditions before accepting or using an offer. If promotional terms are not followed, WinSpirit may cancel the offer, remove related funds, void associated winnings or restrict future promotional access.
We may amend, suspend or withdraw promotions where permitted, including where there is error, abuse, technical failure, suspected manipulation or a need to comply with operational or legal requirements.
Conduct Not Permitted on WinSpirit
You must use WinSpirit honestly, lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion, use of automated tools, exploitation of errors, identity misuse, payment abuse, chargeback manipulation, account sharing, creation of duplicate accounts and attempts to bypass restrictions.
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape protected content or use WinSpirit in a way that disrupts service operation or other users.
Where prohibited conduct is suspected, WinSpirit may investigate, restrict account functions, suspend transactions, void activity, remove rewards, close the account or take other action allowed by these Terms and applicable law.
Responsible Gambling and Account Restrictions
WinSpirit may provide or support responsible gambling measures such as limits, breaks, exclusions or other controls, depending on account availability and location. These tools are intended to help users manage activity and step back where needed.
If responsible gambling controls are applied to an account, you must not attempt to bypass them by creating another account, using another person’s account or providing inaccurate information. Any attempt to avoid restrictions may result in account closure and further review.
We may also apply restrictions where we identify behaviour that raises account safety, responsible gambling, security or compliance concerns. Such action may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances.
Suspension, Closure and Dormant Accounts
You may request account closure through the available WinSpirit contact routes, subject to any required checks and unresolved account matters. Closure does not remove obligations that arose before the account was closed.
WinSpirit may suspend, restrict or close an account where these Terms are breached, verification is not completed, prohibited conduct is suspected, legal requirements apply, payment issues arise or continued account use presents operational, security or responsible gambling concerns.
Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be treated in line with applicable inactivity rules, where such rules are available and permitted. Any balance handling will depend on account status, applicable conditions and legal requirements.
Intellectual Property and Website Use
Content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data and other materials made available through WinSpirit are owned by us or licensed for our use. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any protected material.
You may use WinSpirit only for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce website content, reverse engineer software, remove notices, frame pages, misuse brand materials or create derivative works without permission.
Unauthorised use of intellectual property may lead to account restriction, legal action or other remedies available under applicable law.
Complaints, Changes and Legal Interpretation
If you have a complaint about your account, a transaction, service access or the application of these Terms, you should contact WinSpirit through the available support routes and provide enough information for the matter to be reviewed. We may request additional details where needed.
WinSpirit may update these Terms from time to time. Changes may be made to reflect service changes, legal requirements, operational needs, risk controls or policy updates. Continued use of the service after changes take effect may be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply as far as permitted. Rights or obligations under these Terms may be transferred where legally permitted. Questions of interpretation, dispute handling and governing law may depend on the applicable legal framework and the user’s location.
